Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ceylon Wholesaler . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within the conditions outlined below for a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels still attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and proof of purchase (e.g. packing slip or invoice).

Returns received after the 7-day window or items not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our Returns Team at support@ceylonwholesaler.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item:

    • Include the RA# on the shipping label and inside the package.

    • Choose a traceable shipping method—customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Refunds

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards


5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at support@ceylonwholesaler.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (per the above policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
